Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture, design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in base building architecture.
• Experience with developer-based residential architecture and wood-frame multi-family projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office; Photoshop and InDesign a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Code and accessibility research to ensure compliance.
• Act as in-house project coordinator and support team members.
• Ensure high design quality through SD, CD and CA phases with PM collaboration.
• Coordinate with consultants and external stakeholders.
