The role demands strong technical knowledge, outstanding communication and the ability to lead multiple projects to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with codes, zoning, ADA, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architecture experience.
• B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods.
• Strong understanding of building codes and zoning requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior architectural staff.
