Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Professional architectural licensure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Oversee the work of junior architects, designers, and interns, providing mentorship.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, construction inspections, and coordination meetings.
• Prepare meeting minutes, field reports, and project documentation.
• Research materials and construction systems to support design development.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning, codes, ADA, and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
