Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group client in Montgomery, AL seeks an Architect to lead design through construction. The role focuses on creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing buildings while coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements include a professional architecture degree (B.Arch/M.Arch), licensure, and 5+ years of experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is needed. Base salary 80k-130k with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years' of professional experience in architecture.
• Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to all phases of architectural design, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Develop innovative, context-sensitive design solutions that respond to client needs and site conditions.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and integration across disciplines.
• Produce clear, accurate, and code-compliant architectural drawings and specifications.
• Oversee and review work of junior staff and interns, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and inspections; prepare meeting minutes and field reports.
• Research materials, products and systems to inform design and detailing.
• Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, ADA regulations and sustainability goals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
