Ideal candidates communicate ideas clearly, produce hand sketches and 3D renderings, and mentor staff while coordinating documentation and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.
• 8+ years’ work experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp/FormIt.
• Ability to communicate design ideas via sketches, renderings and presentations.
• Knowledge of design, detailing, materials, codes and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the design process, aligning with firm goals and standards.
• Coordinate project documentation including construction drawings and details.
• Maintain awareness of building technology and systems.
• Participate in construction administration with shop drawings and submittals.
• Lead project teams with collaboration and clear communication.
