Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is looking for a Senior Project / Construction Administrator to oversee all aspects of project processes within Science & Technology. You will support the project from validation/pre-design to construction administration, ensuring compliance with building codes and the implementation of sustainable design principles.

The position requires strong Revit competency and a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, especially in Science and Technology sectors. This position is based onsite at a confidential client in Santa Clarita, California.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
• Experience in Science and Technology and/or Healthcare sector required.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of project process from validation to construction administration.
• Coordinate building systems to ensure compatibility with design intent.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
