A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project / Construction Administrator who will manage all phases of the project process, focusing on Science & Technology projects. Responsibilities include design development, building system evaluation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and competencies in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare sector is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support project process from validation to construction administration.
• Evaluate and select building systems and materials.
• Participate in project site walks and coordination meetings.
