The ideal candidate will have strong Revit competency, an understanding of building codes, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Competitive salary within the $119,300.00 – $179,000.00 range.

As a Senior Project / Construction Administrator you will support all aspects of the project process from validation/pre‑design through construction administration within a variety of Science & Technology projects of all sizes. Exposure to the practice of architecture is imperative and we focus on providing opportunities for you to experience the multi‑facets of a project. This is onsite at a confidential client in Santa Clarita.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec many roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
