Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of architectural experience.
• Experience with municipal/public-bid projects and familiarity with Wicks-Law requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of ACC.
• Strong knowledge of NYS Building Codes and NFPA; MS Office; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
• Registered Architect in NY is desirable but not required.
• Some travel will be required.
