Perkins Eastman in New York is seeking a Project Architect with design talent and technical knowhow to advance designs from pre-schematic through occupancy. The role requires knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, green building certifications, and the ability to develop options and coordinate with team and clients.

Proficiency with REVIT and BIM is essential. The ideal candidate will manage multiple fast-paced projects, guide junior staff, and contribute to the firm’s BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree required.
• 5+ years' experience, plus preferred senior living practice area experience.
• Experience coordinating with clients, teams and project consultants.
• Thorough knowledge of State & Local building codes and referenced standards.
• Proficiency with REVIT, MS Word & Excel, Adobe & Bluebeam.

Responsabilités

• Advance design, programming and technical solutions in all design phases.
• Present options through graphical and other means for team and client consideration.
• Develop innovative, efficient, and resilient projects aligned with client goals.
• Document designs with technical details with a range of software including REVIT.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, interface with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max and V-Ray.
