Job summary

MKThink is seeking a Project Architect with 7–10 years of architectural experience to lead technical delivery across diverse sectors, from concept through construction, in a collaborative, BIM-driven environment.

This role emphasizes coordination with consultants and clients, building code compliance, and mentoring junior staff, with preference for experience in California, Hawaii, and Pacific Island jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 7–10 years of architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit within a professional architectural environment.
• Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, construction methods, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and managing project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of construction documents across all project phases.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Assist with drawing organization, detailing, constructability coordination, and document consistency.
• Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and agency representatives.
• Mentor junior staff and support team coordination and project resource discussions.
