Job summary

Everhart Architecture Company is seeking a Senior Project Architect to take ownership of residential projects from field documentation through construction documents. You will serve as the technical leader alongside the owner, mentoring others and guiding the practice toward growth.

Flexible hours and evolving work arrangements are offered. The role requires strong construction document expertise, proficiency in Revit/Chief Architect, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Architectural license preferred.
• 5+ years of residential architectural experience.
• Strong technical expertise in construction documents and detailing.
• Proficient in Chief Architect, Revit, or similar software.
• Proven ability to own projects and lead with minimal oversight.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
