Job summary

Vincere, an award-winning global architecture and design firm, seeks a Senior Architect for its New York practice focusing on Healthcare and Corporate Interiors. You will bridge design vision and built execution to deliver highly coordinated interiors for sophisticated corporate clients.

Lead technical direction, coordinate with consultants, supervise construction administration, and mentor the team while advancing projects from design through completion. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in interiors or architecture.
  • Experience on corporate workplace, tenant improvement, headquarters, campus or complex interiors projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or related discipline.
  • Advanced Revit/BIM skills.
  • Strong knowledge of interior documentation, detailing, accessibility, egress and life safety.
  • Proven ability to coordinate consultants and disciplines on complex, schedule-driven projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to travel when projects require.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership from early design through CA.
  • Work with clients to define objectives, develop options and explain technical implications clearly.
  • Translate design concepts into buildable, code-compliant construction systems while protecting design intent.
  • Lead the development of contract documents, including coordinated drawings, interior details and QA/QC review.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, specialty consultants and internal disciplines.
  • Manage construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site observations and punch walks.
  • Mentor team members on documentation standards, Revit workflows, detailing and CA practices.
  • Contribute to presentations and strategic pursuits.

New York, NY | $170,000-$185,000 base + Benefits

Our client, an award-winning global architecture and design firm, is looking for a Senior Architect to help grow its Healthcare and Corporate Interiors practice in New York. Projects range from strategic tenant improvements to complex corporate campuses, with a focus on key accounts and repeat-client relationships.

You'll be the bridge between design vision and built execution. That means bringing technical leadership, code-aware detailing, consultant coordination and sound construction administration judgment to deliver highly coordinated, high-quality interiors for sophisticated corporate clients. The work includes both new buildings and alterations to existing buildings and facilities.

The role :

What we're looking for:
