You will lead projects from concept through construction, coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and applicable building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction.

About the role

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring high-quality design solutions and successful project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop construction documents, manage project coordination, and uphold client and company quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, building strong relationships and resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry regulations.
• Mentor junior team members, share technical expertise, and foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
