• Proven experience delivering diverse building projects from early design through construction completion
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated success managing projects efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining profitability
• Creative problem-solving and innovative design thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM Power Tools
• Experience with engineering calculations and performance simulation tools
• Solid background in construction administration
