Job summary

Actalent in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Project Architect to lead healthcare and complex commercial projects from concept through construction. You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and drive design excellence across the Southeast.

The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with 8+ years of experience, advanced Revit skills, and a proven record of delivering construction documents and managing project teams through construction administration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect is required.
• 8+ years of architectural experience with progressive project leadership.
• Healthcare project experience preferred, though other large-scale project experience will be considered.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation.
• Experience leading projects through construction administration.
• Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, and project teams.
• SketchUp, 3D visualization, LEED, or sustainability experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
