Job summary

CRL Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst/Lead in Lexington Park, MD to lead cross-functional teams on multiple projects. This role requires independent operation within a streamlined structure and strong problem-solving abilities.

A Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility is required. Salary ranges from $105,000 to $175,000 annually and will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior level requires over 10 years of related experience with a MA/MS degree.
• Ten years of additional relevant work experience may substitute for a Master’s degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus four years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a Master’s Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, MS Teams, etc.).
• Security clearance: Secret with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Deliverable Requirements List artifacts for delivery.
• Assist in authoring Statements of Work.
• Research and analyze project data and report findings.
• Develop spend plan and schedule baselines and track performance.
• Document risks and mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and report status.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.

Senior Project Analyst/Lead

Salary Range: $105,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage a cross-functional team supporting multiple projects and direct resources to optimize delivery. Operate independently in a streamlined organizational structure. A successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading a team of analysts or a project, exhibit good problem-solving skills, adapt well to changing environments and operate with initiative.

Tasks Performed:

• Prepare Contract Deliverable Requirements List artifacts for delivery.
• Assist in authoring Statements of Work.
• Research and analyze project data and report findings.
• Develop spend plan and schedule baselines and track performance.
• Document risks and mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and report status.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.

Required Education/Experience:

SENIOR: A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a MA/MS degree.

Allowable Education/Experience Substitutions:

Ten (10) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree. Associate’s degree plus eight (8) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree.

Desired Experience:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, MS Teams, etc.)

Security Clearance Required:

Secret with eligibility to obtain a Top Secret.

Pay Range:

$105,000-$175,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
