In this role, you will manage budget monitoring and billing cycles, ensuring project financials are compliant and accurate. Key responsibilities include executing reconciliations, performing variance analysis, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with over 5 years of experience in construction accounting. Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with accounting software are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience (residential/luxury projects preferred or commercial interiors).
• Proficient in budget tracking, job costing, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Execute monthly reconciliations between project and general ledgers.
• Perform variance analysis on committed vs. actual costs, proactively identifying and resolving budget discrepancies.
• Drive project success by collaborating closely with PMs and service teams to provide mission-critical support.
