CADRE in Reston, VA is seeking an Accountant for full-time onsite employment with core hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and occasional domestic travel. An active TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required for this role.

The Accountant will strengthen communications with project teams and ensure timely, accurate reporting while applying knowledge of domestic and international accounting practices to support budgeting and compliance.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Domestic travel may be required but not frequent.
• Experience with preparing financial statements in accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounting services for business units.
• Produce work papers to support financial statements and tax reporting.
• Prepare management summaries for senior management.
• Document unusual business operations and events.
• Represent the CFO function within project teams and provide financial guidance.
• Prepare business unit and payroll tax forms and advise on domestic/international taxes.
• Display knowledge of accounting practices and interfacing with oversight bodies.
• Assist senior managers with budgeting and rolling expenditure forecasts.
• Provide advice on internal controls and capital flows; liaise with accountants and partners.
