Job summary

BAGLY, Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth, seeks an Associate Director of Programs & Services. This on-site role leads Health & Wellness programs, guides data-driven improvements, and oversees grant contracts while supervising staff and partners.

Based at BAGLY’s Downtown Boston Community Center, this position requires evening coverage and Massachusetts travel. The AD collaborates with the Senior Director, ensures culturally responsive services, and drives program strategy across BAGLY’s programs

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
7–10 years of relevant experience in program management or nonprofit leadership.
Experience guiding health, public health, or community programs.
Strong supervisory and team-building abilities.
Willingness to work on-site and travel within Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Health & Wellness portfolio.
Oversee clinical testing, linkage to care, HIV prevention, and education.
Supervise Community Center Program Manager and related staff.
Manage grants, contracts, workplans, timelines, and reporting.
Foster partnerships with funders, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
