General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Programs Manager III to lead one or more complex programs with P&L responsibility. The role requires coordinating planning, budgeting, staffing and performance to meet business needs.

You will supervise project staff, promote programs across the organization and report to senior management. A 5–7 year background with an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree with 5–7 years' experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Has P&L responsibilities for a specific program.
• Implements and administers one or more corporate programs.
• Executes programs to meet organizational needs.
• Participates in planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
• Promotes the program and tracks utilization.
• Supervises program staff to meet deadlines and standards.
• Evaluates program effectiveness using data and KPIs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and external regulations.
• Provides reports and updates to senior management.
