Job summary

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes: Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for program participants and negotiates with faculty and staff to support ELP and EJC activities.
• Assist with budget monitoring, reporting, and processing of grants, procurement, and other program documents.
• Coordinate events, outreach, and communications; manage relationships with external partners and alumni.
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to faculty, including case management and data maintenance across Clio, Box, Blackboard, and WorkDay where applicable.
