Salary Range: ($100k-$130k) depending on experience and qualifications.

The senior programmer creates and maintains innovative software solutions that enhance efficiencies across departments. This role leads programming efforts during solution development and enhancement, and mentors other team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and build efficient, well-tested UI components using JavaScript, .NET, C#, WPF, VB.NET, HTML5, CSS, Angular, Python, 4D, and scripting languages.
• Analyze and interpret complex requirements from customers.
• Ensure consistency with established architecture.
• Introduce new technologies and best practices.
• Participate in Agile/DevOps teams to develop practical solutions.
• Research and identify technical solutions, mentor team members.
• Gather business requirements from departments and end-users.
• Write clear, maintainable code with version control.
• Create efficient UI/UX designs.
• Learn new development techniques as needed.
• Enhance existing systems through communication and analysis.
• Document processes, lessons learned, and contribute to SDLC.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and coordinate with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or related field.
• 10+ years of programming experience.
• Experience with database and Windows application solutions.
• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong data manipulation skills with MS Excel, MS Office, Visio.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.
