Job summary

USC Credit Union is seeking a Programmer Analyst III to join our dynamic IT team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Information Technology and is responsible for performing advanced programming and systems analysis work in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex software applications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with Jack Henry Symitar and PowerOn, plus proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience with Jack Henry Symitar and PowerOn programming.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or SQL.
• Experience with API development and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, installs, documents, and maintains complex software applications.
• Interacts with users to determine objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Translates design specs into scalable, maintainable programs and tests.
• Mentors junior developers and provides technical direction.
