San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) seeks a Programmer Analyst II to design, develop, and implement advanced software systems using modern technologies and SDLC best practices. The role emphasizes solving programming issues, interface design, and collaboration with users and IT staff.

You will work on full-stack development with .NET/.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and front-end tech, contributing to enterprise financial and government applications.

Qualifications

• Must possess thirty (30) semester units of coursework in programming, CS, or software eng. A copy of transcripts is required unless you have a bachelor’s degree in qualifying field.
• One (1) additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for the education requirement.
• A bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, or software engineering may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect software programs using latest languages.
• Solve programming interface issues and design requirements.
• Consult with users and IT staff to resolve conflicts between system capabilities and requirements.
• Assume intermediate project responsibility across SDLC phases.
