Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the international rollout of a flagship air product across European markets. You will coordinate customers, partners and internal owners from first engagement to contract opportunity, shaping messages and documents for ministries and armed forces.

You will translate complex technology into clear defence and commercial value, manage the campaign lifecycle, and report progress to leadership while surfacing risks early to keep the plan on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in BD/PM/consulting in defence, aerospace or related sectors.
• University degree in a subject relevant to defence/aerospace.
• Willing to travel regularly.
• Business fluent in English and German.
• Ability to analyse and present complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the international campaign for Helsing's air product across Europe.
• Prepare customer-facing materials (presentations, white papers, brochures).
• Run the meeting cycle with customers, partners and Helsing stakeholders.
• Translate technical capability into clear operational and commercial value for defence customers.
• Report progress and market insight to Helsing's leadership and surface risks early.
