• Carry out the GO's donor liaison functions to enhance IOM's capacity to implement United States government (USG) funds effectively, including humanitarian response and recovery programming funded by the United States Department of State (DOS).
• Coordinate donor reporting and programme-development processes within the assigned portfolio.
