Under the overall supervision of the Chief, Global and Domestic Programs Unit and the direct supervision of the National Programme and Liaison Officer in the Global Office in Washington D.C., the Senior Programme Associate - Donor Liaison will be responsible for carrying out the GO's donor liaison functions to enhance IOM's capacity to implement United States government (USG) funds effectively, including humanitarian response and recovery programming funded by the United States Department of State (DOS). The incumbent will provide procedural and technical guidance to IOM offices and coordinate donor reporting and programme-development processes within the assigned portfolio.
