Razorfish in Dallas is seeking a senior programmatic leader to drive strategy and execution across diverse campaigns. You will guide teams, optimize performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with client goals and marketplace trends.

You will manage client relationships, coach multi-level teams, and partner with strategy, analytics, and technology groups to deliver innovative programmatic solutions. This role requires exceptional leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of programmatic media experience across Display, Video, Mobile, CTV/OTT, audio, and emerging channels.
• Extensive experience with leading DSPs and programmatic technologies (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP) and related measurement platforms.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships, manage complex campaigns, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience developing and managing direct programmatic partnerships, including private marketplaces and direct publisher relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Experience coaching multi-level teams, ensuring delivery quality and career growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, translating objectives into sophisticated media approaches.
• Oversee planning, execution, management, and optimization of complex programmatic campaigns and programs.
• Guide teams through campaign readiness, asset delivery, orders, and launch documentation.
• Act as senior programmatic lead, communicating strategy and opportunities with clarity.
• Deliver executive insights and strategic recommendations linking performance to business outcomes.
• Direct and mentor Programmatic Supervisors, Managers, Analysts, and Sr. Analysts.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to drive integrated programmatic solutions.
• Evaluate and shape direct programmatic partnerships and preferred deals.
