R&R Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Programmatic Specialist to run campaigns across programmatic DSPs, paid social, and paid search with minimal supervision.

You will optimize performance, manage budgets, QA setups, and contribute strategic insights that link data to client outcomes. This role also mentors junior staff and stays current with platform changes in a hybrid remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic media, performance media, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on proficiency across performance media platforms (DSPs, paid social, paid search).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Developing strategic perspective beyond platform metrics.
• Cross-channel awareness across programmatic, paid search, and paid social.
• Strong attention to detail in budgets, setups, tracking, and QA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Openness to AI-assisted optimization and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage programmatic campaigns from setup through optimization and reporting across multiple channels.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Manage budgets, track spend, and reconcile discrepancies.
• QA all campaign setups, tracking, and creative specifications before launch.
• Contribute strategic perspectives and connect insights across channels to client business outcomes.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the media strategy team.
