Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in the United States (Clearwater, FL) seeks a Sr Program Specialist (Finance) to lead EGI M-Code missionization programs for defense customers. You will report to the D&S RMU Program Director and guide program scope, schedule, cost, and quality while partnering with engineering, sales, and CBTs.

The role requires 2-3+ years of program management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Hybrid work schedule with domestic/international travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead broad portfolio of long & short-cycle missionization programs.
• Manage programs within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives of product lines.
• Support CBTs, GBE, and Tech sales with missionization pursuits.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, ISC, and other stakeholders.
