Qualifications

• 5+ years as PSO/CPSO/Security Specialist/Manager handling personnel, industrial, and physical security requirements.
• 2+ years experience with ICDs, NISPOM and government regulations for classified programs.
• 2+ years experience with physical security hardware, IDS, and access control systems.
• Current, active US Government TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program security guidance across personnel, physical, operational, information, industrial, counterintelligence, and computer security.
• Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a government-accredited facility and support day-to-day security operations.
• Identify security requirements and solutions to sustain and enhance program execution.
• Maintain security hardware and systems to meet government and AWS requirements.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners to heighten security awareness.
• Share on-call rotations for alarms, incidents, and outages.
• Support multiple projects as Program Security Officer.
• Maintain facility accreditations.
• Conduct security interviews and investigations with sound judgment.
• Be detail oriented and create mechanisms to improve processes.
