Qualifications

• 5+ years acting in a Program Security Officer/CPSO/security capacity with personnel, physical, and industrial security duties.
• Experience with ICDs, NISPOM and government regulations for classified programs.
• Experience with physical security hardware, IDS, and Access Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program security guidance on personnel, physical, operational, information, industrial, and CI/security issues.
• Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements for government-accredited facilities and operations.
• Identify security requirements and provide solutions to sustain and enhance program security.
• Maintain security hardware and systems to meet government and AWS requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to heighten security awareness and engagement.
• Share on-call rotations for alarms, incidents, and outages.
• Support multiple projects as a Program Security Officer.
• Maintain facility accreditations and conduct security interviews and investigations as needed.
