Job summary

Targeted Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Security Representative III to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. The role covers day-to-day security, policy development, and training across government operations.

The candidate will ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies, identify gaps, and mentor staff while coordinating with SAP security personnel for curriculum updates and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
• 10-12 years related experience required
• SFPC counts toward 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts toward 5 years of experience
• SPED certifications max 5 years of equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM and related policy.
• Assist in developing and executing SAP, SCI and collateral data protection policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day security support with continuous assessment of procedures.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the OPSec program.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members.
