Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks a Program Security Representative III to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data. The role focuses on day-to-day security analysis, policy development, and training across government and civilian personnel at Andrews AFB, MD.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years of related experience, 2+ years SAP experience, and hold SFPC/SPSC certifications. Eligibility for SAP information access and willingness to polygraph may apply.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years related experience.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support including assessment of procedures and recommendations.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
• Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility oversight.
• Brief personnel at government and senior civilian levels on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-on reviews.
• Monitor and track corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters in a timely manner.
• Investigate loss or suspected compromise of classified information.
• Coordinate lessons learned into SAP security education program.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years)

SFPC (Security Fundamentals Professional Certification)

SPSC (Special Program Security Certification)
