Job summary

Construction Material Testing in the United States seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a program of capital projects. You will establish the program’s quality management system, guide Project Quality Managers, and set supplier and contractor qualification standards, while representing the client in audits and reporting quality performance to executives.

The role requires 10+ years in quality for capital projects with at least 5 years directing programs and staff, and

Qualifications

10+ years in quality on capital projects with 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor is a strong plus.
Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal).

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set performance standards.
Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; oversee corrective actions.
Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
