Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the program quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualification and quality in procurement.

You’ll represent the client in audits and report to executive leadership on quality performance and risks. The role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects with 5+ years leading quality programs; ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA,

Qualifications

10+ years in quality on capital projects.
5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
Certifications in quality management (CMQ-OE or CQA) and auditors.
Experience as the quality authority on regulated programs.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements.
Represent client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
