Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across capital projects. Based from Texas with field-site work, you will establish the program quality system, direct PMs, and own supplier qualification and audits.

You will report to executive leadership on quality performance, risk, and cost of quality. Requires 10+ years in quality and CMQ/OE or CQA certifications, plus lead auditor credentials and experience with regulated programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects with leadership experience.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• Certifications in CMQ/OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
