Job summary

Construction Material Testing in Texas seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across capital projects, establishing the quality management system, directing Project Quality Managers, and defining supplier and contractor qualifications. This senior role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, 5+ years leading teams, and ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA plus ISO 9001 lead auditor experience; NQA-1 a plus.

You’ll report to executive leadership and drive audits and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list; oversee quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third‑party audits; own corrective-action closure
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership
