Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a program or portfolio of capital projects for the owner or EPC. You will establish the quality management system the projects run under and lead a team of Project Quality Managers.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in quality on capital projects and 5+ years directing programs, with ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA and ISO 9001 lead auditor.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and set standards.
• Represent the client in regulatory and third-party audits and report findings to leadership.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
