Partner with Business Development and Contracts to document opportunities and validate funded results through executed contract actions and Finance records.
  • Support New Business Growth Strategy: Provide substantive support to assigned captures, recompetes, proposals, customer shaping, and adjacent opportunities. Contribute management approaches, staffing and transition plans, solution artifacts, past-performance inputs, subject matter expertise, and oral presentation preparation; maintain evidence of completed contributions.
  • Workforce Leadership and Conduct: Oversee recruiting, selection, orientation, development, counseling, discipline, and support of contract employees.
