Job summary

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will lead program resource management, financial planning and analysis, subcontractor funding, compliance reporting, and business development support while guiding staff and partnering with customers and functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing includes supporting proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, and EAC preparation, plus managing staff and presenting financials to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting or program control.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis.
• Provide financial planning and analysis, and prepare EAC.
• Manage subcontractor invoicing and funding; prepare and present financial data to customers.
• Support pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and OP/annual planning.
• Ensure compliance reporting and overall financial controls.
