Job summary

Vontier seeks a Senior Manager, Program & Operations to build and run the operating backbone for the CIGO organization. You will orchestrate governance, roadmaps, and budgets across AI, data, and product initiatives while partnering with senior leaders to drive clarity and impact.

You will shape dashboards, reporting, and forums, manage cross-functional priorities, and influence through structured execution. This role requires strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy operations, or a chief-of-staff-type role.
• Experienced supporting senior executives and fast-scaling teams.
• Excellent at building operating rhythms, governance processes, dashboards, and execution routines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CIGO organization’s operating cadence: Portfolio Steering, Product Leadership Team meetings, Program Steering Committees, CEO/Executive Gemba sessions.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, materials, decisions, and follow-up actions with the Executive Assistant.
• Support AI & Data Governance by managing reporting and risk tracking.
• Serve as a connector across Innovation & AI, Product Excellence, Data, and Partnerships to keep priorities visible.
• Build and maintain an integrated program plan for major initiatives (AI Network of Excellence, Product rollout, data capability build).
• Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking for cross-business innovation ideas.
• Turn strategic priorities into executable roadmaps with owners, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Own budget planning, tracking, and reporting for the CIGO organization; manage spend, budgets, training, events, vendors, contractors.
• Partner with HR on headcount planning, org design support, open roles, backfills, and future hiring plans.
• Develop leadership dashboards and KPI reporting on productivity, idea pipeline, portfolio vitality, and capability maturity.
