Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Operations (High Net Worth) for a remote role in the U.S. You will lead a team-based program across tax, estate, planning, and investments to drive high net worth opportunities.

You’ll own the data, reporting, and training to ensure consistent, scalable execution. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast capacity, resolve bottlenecks, and build repeatable sales processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales operations, program management, or revenue enablement.
• Strong Salesforce skills, including dashboards and reporting.
• Working knowledge of tax, estate, financial planning, investments.
• Hands-on AI experience in a work setting.
• Proven ability to coordinate a group toward a decision without being the most senior.
• Clear writing and ability to turn data into executive recommendations.
• Proactive, speaks up, and spots trends early.
• Comfort building structure in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the program day to day from opportunity creation through verbal commit and handoff.
• Define qualifications for HNW prospects and standards for stages and participation.
• Track active opportunities and re-activate quiet deals.
• Serve as the first stop for leaders when an answer, template, or status is needed.
• Own HNW pipeline data in Salesforce and create a single source of truth.
• Partner with IT to turn reports into governed dashboards and biweekly updates.
• Build training, onboarding, playbooks, and templates; measure adoption.
• Forecast capacity and coordinate across IT, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance.
