The role ensures staffing, schedules, and performance metrics align with DIA standards and timelines.

Qualifications

PMP certification required.
8+ years of DoD/IC program experience.
Strong operational management and coordination experience.
Familiarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflows.
Experience managing cleared analytic or technical teams.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areas.
Coordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leads.
Track schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and elevate issues as needed.
Support workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planning.
Ensure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelines.
Support preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviews.
Act as PM designee when required.
