Job summary

RTX in Goleta or El Segundo, CA is seeking a Program Operations Manager to coordinate procurement, assembly, test, and shipment of advanced RF/EW systems. You will lead the Manufacturing team, manage budgets, and work with cross-functional partners to deliver hardware on schedule.

This role requires a university degree or equivalent, 5–8+ years experience, and active DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% and onsite work are expected, with strong emphasis on program control, cost accounting, and

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in relevant roles.
Experience in operations, manufacturing, program management, or project engineering.
Experience managing budgets and cost accounting activities.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing advance planning to meet build schedules.
Direct sequencing of work and coordinate build/delivery activities.
Manage budgets and perform cost account management.
Coordinate manufacturing/test failure investigations and drive corrective actions.
Resolve assembly, test, and procurement challenges; manage resources.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff; support proposals.
Travel up to 10% and work onsite in Goleta/El Segundo, CA.
