Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a senior analyst to provide program management oversight and strategic support for cross-program initiatives. The role emphasizes deep analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance with clear, executive-ready reporting.

The position requires a minimum of eight years in program management, a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, PMP/DAWIA certification, and direct GEOINT experience with the customer organization. Location includes Springfield, VA and St.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in Program Management (cost, schedule, performance, risk).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Program Management, Business, or Computer Science.
• PMP or DAWIA Level II/III certification in Program Management.
• Experience supporting Major System Acquisitions within the DoD or IC.
• Direct GEOINT experience with the customer organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to multiple program efforts by performing integrated analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and contract performance to identify enterprise-level trends and conflicts.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex progress into clear reports for customers and senior leadership.
• Lead development of strategic resource integration plans and validate resource requirements to achieve long-term objectives.
• Analyze multiple internal/external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare for senior management reviews by developing briefing materials and tracking action items.
