Qualifications

• Master's degree required; six years of related professional experience, two in a supervisory capacity.
• Ph.D. in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and manages multiple and/or highly complex programs or projects with strategy, budget, staffing and evaluations.
• Assembles committees, guides consensus-building, and leads forums/workshops; coordinates with chairs and members.
• Develops agendas, invites presenters, oversees meetings, and prepares written summaries.
• Prepares background papers and technical summaries; drafts reports and publications; edits for relevance and clarity.
• Supervises and develops staff; conducts performance reviews and ensures policy compliance.
• Manages financial aspects of programs, including budgets and expenditures, coordinating with finance staff.
• Represents the unit to sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders; maintains relationships and develops new opportunities.
