Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in community organizing, power building, or movement work.
• Experience in grant making and philanthropic collaboration.
• Strong persuasive communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Officer to co-lead grantmaking and programmatic strategies focused on economic power building.
• Launch and implement redesigned small business support programs and grant funds.
• Engage donors, funders, and corporate partners to raise resources for discretionary programs.
• Represent the Foundation to government, business, philanthropic and community leaders.
• Organize convenings for grantees, funders, and other stakeholders.
• Manage grants portfolios, consultant contracts, and reporting requirements.
