Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in Groton, CT seeks a COLUMBIA Class Program Office Representative Sr/Specialist/Principal to support financial performance tracking and cost containment initiatives. You will coordinate with design, engineering, planning, finance, contracts, and PMS397.

The role requires experience with EVM, manpower planning, and interfacing with program office and program finance to guide charging for remaining work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above is required.
• 5+ years of Contract experience with Program Office, Design, Engineering, and Program Finance.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and resource planning.
• Preferred: Active Secret clearance, Power BI data analysis familiarity, EVM/Data Management/ARTEMIS knowledge, CLINs manpower planning understanding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for financial performance status and provide reports to senior management.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Lead meetings to assess progress, challenges, and resolution plans for manpower and remaining work.
• Create and analyze program metrics; identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Resolve technical and funding issues to remove programmatic roadblocks.
